Account Executive / Sales Manager – Auditude – New York, NY
About the Job

The Account Manager (AM) position is responsible for ensuring the overall success of Auditude’s engagements with its customers. The role requires the ability to become a product expert, grace under pressure and a strong desire to help customers leverage the Auditude platform to its fullest extent. The AM will identify upsell opportunities as well as manage technical projects and ensure the successful resolution of support tickets. The AM must think strategically and understand the details of a customer’s business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of accounts, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Build close working relationships with key client contacts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s strategic objectives, as well as the digital video media sales landscape.
  • Become a product and market expert capable of leading trainings and advising customers on best practices.
  • Provide strong leadership with internal teams to ensure the successful completion of projects and resolution of issues.
  • Provide marketplace feedback for Auditude strategy, collateral, and case studies.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
  • At least 2-4 years B2B account management and/or client services experience.
  • Technical aptitude and business acumen sufficient to become an Auditude product expert capable of leading presentations and answering detailed questions.
  • Must be highly organized, persuasive and able to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Strong in-person and phone presentation / relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of online media and ad serving solutions is a significant plus.
